Role description

We're seeking a Junior/Intermediate Tester to join our passionate team at Loop, where we're redefining last-mile delivery. You'll play a crucial role in our QA efforts, focusing primarily on our mobile app. Working under our Senior Test Automation Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to grow and contribute to more formalized test structures and automation capabilities.

In this role, you'll execute manual regression and exploratory testing on our mobile app, document clear test cases, and collaborate closely with our development team. As you learn our full system, you'll support broader QA efforts and help lay the groundwork for future automation. We're looking for someone with 2+ years of testing experience, familiarity with RESTful APIs, and a detail-oriented approach.

Our hiring process

In your first interview, you will meet Kimberley Taylor, our Managing Director. If all goes well, you will need to complete a technical test before a final interview with one or two Loop team members.
