The role

We’re looking for a skilled, talented, and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This role is full-stack focused.

You’ll work closely with our founders and with client teams to build fast, reliable, and intuitive internal tools that sit at the core of their operations. Projects span everything from dashboards, automations, and LLM-powered agents to integrations with tools like HubSpot, Slack, and Stripe, as well as lightweight data pipelines and observability systems.

In parallel, you’ll help transform recurring client needs into reusable, productized tooling—building out the foundations of our internal tech stack by identifying patterns that can scale.

This role is a great fit for someone who craves impact and autonomy, enjoys working across systems, and loves turning messy, complex workflows into polished software.

Key responsibilities

Client-Facing Engineering

• Build custom internal tools and dashboards to power core operations, working closely with clients to identify pain points and prototype high-leverage solutions.

• Integrate third-party platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Slack, Airtable, Stripe, Linear) via APIs to streamline workflows and connect systems seamlessly.

Infrastructure & Data Systems

• Build and maintain lightweight data pipelines and internal data warehouses for client reporting, analytics, and automation.

• Sanitize, normalize, and transform messy operational data into structured, usable formats.

• Help clients bridge gaps between siloed systems using APIs, event streams, and custom scripts.

Internal Product Development

• Translate recurring client needs into polished, reusable product features and internal tools that scale beyond a single use case.

• Participate in architectural decisions, technical planning, and roadmap shaping.

• Drive consistency, accessibility, and usability across our tools.

Things we’re looking for

• 5–8 years of professional engineering experience, ideally with solid full-stack expertise.

• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling. Comfortable with performance tuning, testing libraries, and build systems.

• Experience designing and implementing API integrations to connect disparate tools and systems—whether syncing data, triggering workflows, or extending the capabilities of third-party platforms.

• Familiarity with building and maintaining lightweight data pipelines, internal data warehouses, or analytics tooling.

• Comfortable working in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic), Postgres, and SQL—or eager to learn our backend stack quickly.

• Strong eye for product polish. You care about how tools look, feel, and function in real workflows.

• Bonus: You’ve shipped reusable internal tools or productized operational patterns.

• Bonus: You worked as an operator in the past, and have deep operator empathy.

• Excellent async communicator and team collaborator.

• You’re a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes pride in shipping great work end to end.

• You’re comfortable jumping into non-technical work when needed.
