Role description
The Business Analyst will need to draft business requirement specifications based on business requirements obtained through various channels, including internal and external discussions. The requirements will be elicited through interviews, data analysis, business process
descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis. The Business Analyst will maintain an agreed set of artifacts and lead business process mapping and
efficiency work, including methodology and approach, workshop facilitation, and
maintenance of appropriate business process and enterprise-wide requirements,
to support the wider change agenda.
The candidate will be required to exhibit the ability to manage complexity, optimise work processes. ensure accountability, engagement management and strong customer focus. In addition, the successful candidate will be action-oriented, have business insight and be collaborative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required to be successful in the role.
The ideal candidate will have completed some form of relevant tertiary qualification as well as several years experience. Experience in the fintech industry would be preferred.

A typical day at TJ starts with coffee/tea etc. or team stand-up. depending on when you arrive or your preferences. Stand-up helps to shape the day, and gets everyone off to a great start. Hiring Process
Our hiring process revolves around an initial interview where the primary aim is to get to know each other. There may be a second interview with additional members of our team. We usually request an online psychometric exercise to be completed. We would then provide an offer letter, and hope to start a mutually beneficial working relationship.
