What You’ll Do

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll work across the stack (front-end, back-end, APIs, databases) to build secure, high-availability fintech and regtech systems. You’ll take ownership of technical design and delivery, guide junior developers, and collaborate with product and compliance teams to deliver seamless, regulation-ready financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable fintech and regtech applications (MERN/MEAN stack).

• Develop and optimize REST APIs and integrations with banks, payment providers, and regulatory systems.

• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (KYC/AML, GDPR, ISO 27001).

• Mentor and support junior/mid developers through reviews and technical leadership.

• Contribute to architecture and scaling decisions for transaction-heavy and compliance-driven systems.

• Follow engineering best practices: SOLID principles, CI/CD, Agile, TDD.

Tech Stack

• Front-end: React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

• Back-end: Node.js, Express.js

• Databases: MongoDB, SQL

• Cloud/DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of full stack development experience.

• Strong skills in React/Angular, Node.js, and database design.

• Solid experience with REST APIs, cloud deployment, and microservices.

• Proven track record in secure, transaction-heavy, and compliance-sensitive environments (fintech/regtech a strong plus).

• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor team members.

Nice-to-Haves

• Fintech/regtech/payments/banking experience.

• Mobile app development (React Native or Flutter).

• Knowledge of instant payment and regulatory reporting systems (UPI, TCIB, SEPA Instant, FATF compliance systems, etc.).
