Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Agile Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring the successful delivery of client projects using Agile methodologies, with a strong emphasis on communication, team coordination, and transparent planning via Azure DevOps.

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams through the entire software development lifecycle — from initial discovery to final release.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews

• Use Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, progress tracking, and reporting

• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define clear project scopes, goals, and deliverables

• Maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans while adapting to changing requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building strong relationships

• Facilitate smooth collaboration across development, design, QA, and DevOps teams

• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and impediments proactively

• Promote continuous improvement by facilitating feedback loops and adopting Agile best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of project management experience delivering bespoke software solutions in an Agile environment

• Hands-on experience managing work and teams using Azure DevOps

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing internal teams and external stakeholders

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with competing priorities

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail

• Experience working in a client-facing delivery role

Desirable Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification

• Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem, cloud-native applications, or DevOps practices

• Technical literacy or background in software engineering or product development

• Experience facilitating workshops (e.g. user story mapping, sprint goals, or backlog grooming sessions)
