Role description

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related Engineering discipline.

ISTQB qualification in Software Automation Testing.

Minimum of 5 years QA automation testing experience of web/mobile applications in an Agile (Scrum) team.

Minimum of 2 years previous/current leadership experience in leading a team of QA Analysts.

Experience in setting up a automation framework from scratch.

Skills:

Proficiency in database queries.

Familiarity of programming script languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)

Excellent analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail

Taking ownership of work delivered

Motivated

Good problem-solving skills

Team player

Good communication skills, both oral and written

Passion for software testing and the SDLC

Debugging and problem-solving skills
