Role description

We are looking for a senior-level go-getter who lives for DevOps and can architect, implement, and scale secure, reliable infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the team, influencing DevOps culture, and driving automation and security forward.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Strong background in Linux systems administration, scripting (Bash, Python), and infrastructure automation

Expert-level understanding of networking:

- TCP/IP internals, DNS tuning, VPNs

- High-availability and scalable load balancing setups

Advanced Kubernetes experience:

- Designing and managing multi-cluster or production-grade clusters

- Architect scalable Kubernetes platforms, including workload orchestration, multi-tenant design, and advanced scheduling, networking, and storage configurations

Observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)

Proficient with GitOps workflows using Argo CD or FluxCD

Advanced CI/CD pipeline design, testing strategies, and promotion workflows

Strong foundation in DevSecOps:

- Security scanning (SAST/DAST), secrets management (e.g., SOPS, Vault)

- RBAC, OPA/Gatekeeper, policy-as-code
