Our Hiring Process

• We'll invite you for a coffee (or beverage of your choice) and see how we get along.
• If we like you and you like us we'll schedule a technical test. This may include throwing one of the items on our backlog at you. We'll assess how you approach it and go about smashing it.
• If we still like each other we'll either make you an offer or not.
