The company takes the vast quantities of entertainment content and services that exist in the MultiChoice stable, and delivers them to customers via breakthrough technologies such as streaming, video-on-demand, portals and mobile broadcasting.

MultiChoice Group has multiple brands and products, and may have slightly different processes so it is dependent on the department and team you will join.
Generally our first step is having a conversation with you, to give you an idea of what we do and learn more about you. This would lead to a conversation on the opportunities we have that we think would fit your profile and understand if this is aligned to your next move.
After that, we set up an interview with the team (this include the tech managers, team leads, senior developers and HR) this will be a discussion and can include some detailed tech questions. The next step will be a technical assessment or second interview.
If you pass the assessment and still interested in the team and position - we have to do background and reference checks (this also includes criminal and qualification checks). We do have to adhere to corporate governance policies.
The final step in our process is to have a discussion with you, where we talk about the offer and we present you with a dummy payslip as well.
