We currently seem to have all our developers as 'night owls' who wake up late in the day but work deep into the night.
Our Engineering Processes
We encourage pair programming, We store code in Git, make use of code reviews and are always cloud first.
Lastly we have our own version of Agile methodology (Scrum) that is constantly evolving.
Our Hiring Process
Being a new company, our hiring process is not a bureaucratic one. 1. We review your profile, and perform standard checks on our side, then reach out 2. We like to arrange a video call, where you show us or talk through work that you have done in the past. (big or small) and have a casual conversation. 3. Small test to follow and if everything looks good, we hire.
