Our Hiring Process
Our process is informal, but we want to investigate 3 things:
- Are you the right fit for the team. Are you a self starter, do you look at the bigger picture, can you work alone, do you know when to ask for help, are you aware of the impact of the changes that you are making?
- Can you code as well as you say you can?
- Do we tick all of your boxes?
You will meet with some of our developers, and managers, and we will give you a technical test to complete at home.
