Our Engineering Processes
ITS focus on getting the job done and not wasting time on non-value adding activities. We obviously have a lot of experience in all of the mainstream engineering processes and SDLC's, but we always apply pragmatism and help our clients to do the same in software projects.
Our Hiring Process
We have a two step process that involves a technical interview in person or via skype followed by an in-person interview regarding the more soft aspects of the role and company.
