Glasshouse builds products that help mobile (vehicles) service delivery companies co-ordinate, collaborate and leverage data to gain insights into the impact of their services.
We love chatting online but some good real face time is always great to catch up and talk smack. Seattle is our go-to for coffee, which is a short walk from the office in Century City. If the weather is good we will put a gas weber on, enjoy some Friday lunch together and some days we will meet up for breakfast to mix things up.
We are a small team, from creatives to senior software developers. We work in a distributed fashion, consisting of 3 days from home and 2 onsite. The environment is focused on delivering quality products.
As a Glasshouse developer, you will form part of an experienced team of developers and have a high degree of influence on the design and implementation decisions. You will be challenged with work across different programming languages and technologies, building and sharing knowledge with your colleagues as you progress. If you believe in quality, maintainability, testing, design/architecture, you might be the right developer for us.
We are an agile company, so you’ll be working with SCRUM (Sprint planning, Storytime, Standups, Review, Retrospective). We believe passionately in self-management and accountability within teams. This means that we expect our team to work in an open spirit, sharing successes and failures, being transparent about blockers, and making decisions with their colleagues and the wider company in mind.
Our hiring process will be simple, interview with the team and then a possible test you can complete in your own time.
