We have recently expanded to the UK where we are growing our international client base.
Quintessence is the brainchild of a company called f(x) Software Development, founded in 2004 by investment managers and software engineers. Quintessence originated from the potent synthesis of their experience and expertise in both finance and technology sectors.
Quintessence is designed to provide customised solutions that enhance and fine-tune investment banks’ management, research and reporting processes. Our flagship product is a decision support system and fundamental investment management platform.

Our hiring process:
Our IT directors review the CVs, and if they think your skills are a good fit, we’ll call you in to write a test. The test is basic development questions (C# and Microsoft SQL) – no prep required. If the test goes well, we’ll call you in for an interview which will be conducted by our Directors. It’s all pretty straightforward and transparent.
