Our Engineering Processes
Our engineering teams are primarily focused on building a client facing data marketplace and an internal analytics toolset / platform, but given the diversity of our offerings there are always new and interesting projects coming to the surface. Our teams follow an Agile development methodology, working in 2 week sprints.
Our Hiring Process
The hiring process is simple. We like to have an upfront call which gives us the opportunity to explain who we are and what the role is we are looking to fill - we believe this helps everyone get a clear picture before starting on the journey. From there we like candidates to submit a portfolio or take on some of our challenges. Successful candidates will proceed to an interview with the hiring team. Finally an interview with 2 executives is required. This usually takes place over a 1 to 2 week period, depending mainly on availability.
