Our Engineering Processes.
Claer & Volker has received a variety of different projects based on various tech stacks. We analyse each project to determine the best possible solution for our client. Taking projects which adds no value to our clients is quite simply not our forté.

The Hiring Process.
It's no secret that we are still in an infant phase which means the "Hiring Process" is somewhat undefined. However, finding the right fit and technical abilities is hardwired into our approach to building the best team imaginable.
Below is a rough estimate of the process we will follow:
- Initial Introduction (Google Meet).
- Technical Assessment.
- In-person interview and culture assessment.
- Potential follow-up.
- Extending an offer.
