Why we exist
We look to help other companies understand what is being said about them online - and why - so they can close the gap between what they promise and what the public experience. We do this by combining the power of machines with the intelligence of human beings, thereby finding truth, keeping AI human, and making sure data mining is used as a force for good.
We are a world-leader with a fairly unique product, and we gained a lot of international attention for successfully calling Brexit and Trump's victory.

Our engineering processes
We work in small teams (1-3 developers) on short projects deployed to production very frequently. Teams do their own deployments and the ethos is to do small bits of work and deploy them as soon as possible. Everyone takes responsibility for getting what they are working on into production. If its not live, it's not done - you are QA!
We use short daily standups to keep everyone aware of what is being worked on and how things are going.
Projects are selected based on the overall company strategy and direction. The engineering team is responsible for figuring out how best to achieve the broader company goals (what do we need to build, how will the solution work etc.).
Our hiring process
1-2 technical interviews with the CTO and Founder, and a chance to meet the team - it's just as important for you to like them!
