As our Mid-Level RPA Developer, you'll be the build-and-deploy engine of our delivery team, configuring and deploying automations into new customer environments, building new processes for active clients, and ensuring production bots run at the uptime and accuracy our customers expect. You'll work across the full automation lifecycle—from solution design through development, testing, deployment, and support. This includes building production RPA automations primarily on UiPath (both unattended and attended), authoring Process Definition Documents and test scripts, and running discovery sessions with customer Process Owners to capture process maps, exception handling, and integration points. You'll need strong UiPath skills (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework), 3-5 years of hands-on production RPA experience, SQL knowledge, and excellent written English for customer-facing documentation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders and translating their needs into buildable specifications.
