As our Infrastructure Engineer, you'll administer our online gaming platforms, ensuring optimum performance and availability while providing third and fourth-level troubleshooting support. You'll participate in designing and implementing new setups, proactively monitor live and staging infrastructure, and act as an escalation point for customer support issues. Working with ITIL best practices, you'll handle service requests, incidents, and change requests while assisting in process improvement and automation. This role requires strong Linux expertise, Kubernetes production support (preferably GKE), excellent networking and log analysis skills, and experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk. You'll be a senior technical resource who can work autonomously and guide team members through complex problems.
