Join our IT and Digital Transformation team as a Senior AI & Automation Specialist, where you'll create, implement, and support automated business processes that drive operational efficiencies across our global organization. Working under the direction of our AI & Automation Lead, you'll translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, partner with vendors to scale automation, and give valuable time back to our operations and business stakeholders. Your work will involve vetting new technologies through research, building proof of concepts, and delivering actionable solutions to real business problems. We're looking for a technologist at heart with advanced hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio. You'll implement complex orchestrations, integrations, and AI-driven processes using SOLID engineering patterns, develop custom connectors, and apply best practices like reusable components and structured testing. Your technical toolkit should include software development skills in .NET/C# or JavaScript/TypeScript, strong understanding of REST APIs and Azure services, and practical AI implementation experience with LLM-based capabilities, prompt engineering, and agentic AI. You'll also mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and iterate effectively. This role requires someone who is deeply analytical, capable of critical thinking, and possesses strong self-management skills. You should be comfortable working outside the box, have a thirst for learning new technologies, and excel at both technical and business communication.
