We're looking for a talented backend developer to build and maintain the backbone of our platform at Dalza.

If you have experience in frontend (React, React Native) we are open to taking on a fullstack developer.

You'll create secure, scalable, and dependable services that power our mission to simplify complex challenges for families. Working with Ruby on Rails, you'll develop and maintain APIs, improve performance and reliability, handle data structures, integrate third-party services, and strengthen our security standards. This is an early-stage opportunity where you'll have real influence over our technical architecture and engineering culture from the ground up. We're seeking someone with 3+ years of backend development experience who has shipped real-world systems and thinks in terms of how databases, APIs, and infrastructure work together. You should be comfortable taking full ownership from planning through launch, writing clean and maintainable code, and thriving in the autonomy and collaboration that comes with an early-stage environment. Strong communication skills are essential—you'll work closely with product, design, frontend engineers, and other teams to bring our vision to life.
