Role description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade Tradecloud-based supply chain solutions. You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, leveraging your deep expertise in Java backend development and modern front-end technologies. As a technical leader, you'll collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, DevOps teams, and clients to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that directly impact supply chain efficiency and modernisation efforts. You'll contribute to architectural modernisation, guiding the transformation toward API-driven and microservices-based architectures. Your work will include refactoring legacy components, implementing event-driven architectures, and designing integrations between Tradecloud and customer systems including ERP, finance, and logistics platforms. You'll also support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and promote engineering best practices while mentoring junior and mid-level developers to foster a positive engineering culture. We offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise solutions requiring 7-10+ years of experience in full-stack development. Our team values strong technical leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and collaborative work. You'll transform complex customer requirements into robust, integrated software solutions while working with modern technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React/Vue, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
