As our Data Lead, you'll sit at the heart of our operating model, turning partner and insurance data into trusted, reusable insights that directly drive monetisation expansion and strategic decisions across multiple countries and partners. This is both a hands-on leadership role and a strategic function where you'll work closely with Product, Technology, Insurance, Commercial, and Partner teams. You'll be responsible for defining and owning our data strategy, maintaining and improving our data warehouse, driving experience investigations, building dashboards and reports for partners, and identifying monetisation opportunities. You'll lead and develop our data team while ensuring data governance, quality control, and continuous improvement in our analytics capabilities. Your role encompasses everything from strategic value creation to operational stability, including ownership of our SQL, Python, and BI tools environment.
