Role description
We're seeking a unique professional to join Counterweight, a scaling digital health company delivering evidence-based weight management services. In this role, you'll split your time between Quality Assurance and Product Coordination, working closely with our tech, operations, and delivery teams. You'll lead our QA efforts by designing and implementing an improved automated testing framework for our React web and Flutter mobile applications. On the product side, you'll gather specifications, manage our GitHub backlog, and lead User Acceptance Testing. This position offers genuine ownership and the opportunity to shape how we build high-quality, reliable software. We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in QA Engineering or Product Coordination, expertise in React and Flutter, strong automation capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
