Role description
Day-to-day you will:
- Contribute across all phases of development projects (e.g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test)
- Leverage technical expertise to Design and Implement Power Platform based solutions
- Liaise effectively between business, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of issues
- Research issues that may be non-standard in order to offer solutions
- Technical design and solution development
- Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive interaction and solution delivery
- Work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work process

You are a fast learner, self-starter, and creative thinker. You are passionate about software and its potential to move organisations forward through innovation.
Your technical skills include:
- Experience in Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Common Data Service.
- Experience with CSS, JavaScript, Web API, WebServices, SQL.
- Azure DevOps.
- A good understanding of UI/UX concepts.
- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- A solid understanding of relational database concepts.
- Experience working in Agile delivery model.
Your non-technical skills include:
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to develop and manage an action plan.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Role Description:
šÆ Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, skilled Power Platform Developer with strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SQL Server to design and build low-code business solutions, develop intelligent dashboards, and support business reporting and automation.
š ļø Key Responsibilities Develop custom apps using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) Automate business workflows with Power Automate (Flow) Build insightful and interactive dashboards using Power BI Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures in SQL Server Integrate Power Platform solutions with external data sources (SharePoint, APIs, SQL Server) Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Collaborate with business units to understand KPIs and improve reporting processes Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of Power Platform solutions Work with security and governance controls (RLS, permissions, data sensitivity)
ā Required Skills & Experience 3+ years working with Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) Power Automate (Flow) Power BI (DAX, data modelling) Strong SQL Server experience (T-SQL, views, indexing, performance tuning) Ability to create dashboards, visualisations, and KPIs Familiarity with data integration (APIs, Excel, SharePoint, Dataverse) Knowledge of data governance, RLS, and security principles Understanding of data analytics and reporting concepts
š Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-100, PL-300, PL-400) Experience with Dataverse or Dynamics 365 (nice to have) Experience working in finance, automotive, or loan management domains (advantageous)
