Role description
We're seeking a confident and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Collinson Group. You'll be at the forefront of our Contact Centre operations, working with cutting-edge technologies like Amazon Connect, AWS, and Microsoft Teams. Your role will be crucial in evangelizing and improving our Contact Centre capabilities, ensuring all products and projects meet business requirements.
As our DevOps expert, you'll develop, support, and configure Contact Centre solutions, proactively identify and resolve issues, and lead support for Amazon Connect and related technologies. We offer a dynamic environment where you'll work with a global team, participate in BCP/DR testing, and have the opportunity to recommend future upgrades and expansion opportunities.
To excel in this role, you'll need strong AWS Sys & Dev Ops experience, expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS services, and good programming skills in Python, Java, and SQL. We value candidates with knowledge of compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
