Join Struto's cross-functional Data & AI practice to transform systems of record into systems of action for strutoIX. You'll work with product managers, platform engineers, and Customer Success to build a team-owned orchestration control layer, codify process logic into reusable blueprints, and establish core Agent Management Platform (AMP) capabilities. Our purpose is to deliver guaranteed outcomes as Service-as-Software through agentic orchestration. In this role, you'll implement stateful multi-agent workflows, encode domain decision logic, build RAG components, and contribute to AMP capabilities. You'll also help define API/event contracts, build evaluation frameworks, and implement data layer semantics.
