Fidelity Group specialises in business telecommunications, saas and technology services, empowering organisations with a range of solutions, including business broadband, IoT services, customizable phone systems, and telecom infrastructure. Founded in 2008, our mission is to enhance UK businesses' growth through tailored communication solutions. Any telecoms knowledge would be helpful. The product we are looking for, UX designer, is anvilhub.com and we have our own proprietary software, which we need this position to work on.

UX DESIGNER (Blazor/Telerik) Based: Remote 2–5 years of professional experience as a UX or Product Designer. Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and information architecture. Experience creating designs for web applications, ideally built on Blazor or .NET frameworks. Familiarity with Telerik UI components, or similar design systems and component libraries. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for design and prototyping. Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams Awareness of HTML, CSS, or Razor components to support design-dev collaboration. Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence. Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system. Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, GA4, or Clarity) for UX improvement. Must be prepared to work UK hours Salary: Market Related - Depending on experience
