Role description
We're looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Business Analyst (BIBA) to join our investment sector client. You'll be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your expertise in business analysis, data modelling, and Power BI will be crucial in creating BI solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders across investment, risk, finance, and operations to gather requirements and translate them into high-quality dashboards and reports. You'll lead workshops, conduct process analysis, and work closely with data teams to ensure accurate data integration. We're looking for a thought leader who can mentor junior analysts and contribute to upskilling our BI team.
To excel in this position, you'll need 8+ years of experience in BI or data analytics, with at least 3 years at a senior level. Strong domain knowledge in investment management is essential, along with expertise in Power BI and SQL. You'll be interacting with C-level stakeholders, so excellent communication skills are a must.
