Role description
Join our dynamic team as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) and play a crucial role in evolving our Technology and Domain assets. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and operational SMEs to enhance our reliability service offerings and implement SRE best practices across the organization. In this role, you'll engage with squads to improve observability, high availability, and disaster recovery plans. You'll implement automated solutions to achieve efficiency and performance, while coaching teams on SRE fundamentals. Your expertise will be vital in creating and maintaining system health metrics, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and defining SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs. We're looking for a technical leader with experience in Linux or Windows, microservices, containerization, and DevOps. You'll need strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of programming languages like C# , Java, or Python. With a minimum of 5 years of IT experience (3 in a relevant technology or domain), you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and making effective decisions.
