We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our senior delivery team working on complex data solutions in Azure cloud.

In this role, you'll facilitate Agile ceremonies, guide teams in best practices, and manage workflows using Atlassian Jira. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, and Analysts to define priorities and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables. We're seeking someone with excellent communication skills who can confidently present project statuses to client senior executives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Scrum Master in data-related projects, deep expertise in Atlassian Jira and Agile methodologies, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
