Role description

Join Zeam as a Senior Flutter Engineer and help shape our evolving platform. You'll be at the forefront of creating a world-class mobile experience for our users. Your role will involve architecting, building, and maintaining our Flutter mobile application across iOS and Android platforms, with potential expansion to web.

As a key member of our engineering team, you'll lead technical decisions, define app architecture, and ensure best practices are consistently applied. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to efficiently deliver new features. Your responsibilities will include optimizing app performance, implementing comprehensive testing strategies, and managing the release process through CI/CD pipelines.

We're looking for someone with 5-7 years of mobile development experience, including 3-5 years of hands-on Flutter expertise. You should have a strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and familiarity with Firebase.
