Experience and Qualities

The candidate should be a Senior Developer with +/- 10 years development experience

A 3 to 4 year degree B-Tech or similar is required.

Strong Integration Experience with multiple integration project completed any Travel related integration would be highly advantageous.

Very detail oriented individual, takes pride and ownership in work produced.

Strong MS SQL Skills.

Technical Experience

Extensive experience in the following is required; C# , ASP.Net, XML, XSLT, Web Services Integration, Rest API

Integration, MSSQL, LINQ.

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous; Biztalk, Google BigQuery, Xamarin, XML Spy,

JQuery, SQL Reporting Services, IIS, HTML, Javascript, CSS, MS Azure Stack

Other General Attributes

Must live in Johannesburg Area

Must have own reliable transport.

Must be of age 28 to 45

Work as part of a team or alone.

Excellent work ethics, punctual, take pride in the work, and work hard to make deadlines.

No criminal record.

We do Corporate Travel.....we have 800 clients in the South African market and are growing rapidly. The Online Travel Technology Platform allows corporate users to book and manage their own travel without the need for a travel consultant which means we can play golf.....except we don't play golf......so we can do other stuff like integrate into the next Travel Vendor.

Our Engineering Processes

We develop quickly, test quickly, deploy quickly and then fix quickly.......we do this every week typically once a week but aiming for continuous integration process that would allow this daily. We have a leading (but not bleeding) edge technology stack, we don't own a single physical server, everything is virtualised in the cloud. We are a Microsoft shop with an interest in Google's technology stack......
