Our Hiring Process
Step 1: Submit your resume - Note that the most successful candidates possess the required skills and experience for the role they’ve applied for
Step 2: Have a Conversation - If selected to advance in the process, you'll speak with someone on our recruiting team, either by phone or video to learn more about the role you've applied for and what it's like to work at truID.
Step 3: Interviews - Next comes a series of onsite interviews, one with your hiring manager (technical) and the other with senior management (culture). The hiring team gets a chance to get to know you—and you get a chance to get to know truID.
Step 4: Code assessment - You've gone through the hard part, now is your chance to show us your skills. Show off a little.
Step 5: Feedback - Everyone you’ve interviewed with submits their feedback and we assess whether you’d be successful in the role we’re hiring for.
Step 6: If offered the job, accept it!
