We have two simple guidelines to evaluate your work. It doesn’t matter what time zone you’re in or where you found a connection: as long as you’re in daily communication and you’re meeting and/or beating your task assignments, you’re golden.
We care about what you do, not how long it takes for you to do it. Hourly rates are so over. We all work on monthly agreements at Clearview and engage with a regular process to evaluate the results we’re generating.
We only do remote. Clearview has never had a “central office.” Since our founder, Brett Kistler, first hung out his shingle in 2004, Clearview has been an exclusively remote company, working exclusively with the pros who have what it takes to manage themselves within the context of our uniquely collaborative community.
We're connected. Your colleagues at Clearview have all kinds of passports; but we’re all global citizens, living and traveling across the globe. Show up to our summits, retreats, casual coffee pop-ups… there are all kinds of ways to hang out with your Clearview tribe, should you feed inspired. (And you will!)
