About us

Interactive Research and Development South Africa (IRD SA) is an affiliate company of IRD Global, a private company located in Singapore. IRD SA is a registered South African-based non-profit company (NPC) based in Johannesburg and Durban. IRD SA works extensively in Southern Africa providing healthcare delivery and research. The IRD SA team leverages process and technology innovations to address gaps in global healthcare delivery, including health market innovations based on social business models; introduction of new diagnostics, drugs and vaccines; performance-based incentives for health workers; and conditional cash transfers for patients to access services and enable adherence. IRD Global is a global leader in developing and using open source information technology platforms that enable close monitoring of patient care and program quality, and facilitate integration of health care systems at municipal, district, province and national levels.

Our hiring process

Its a three prong process:

1. Shortlist candidates;
2. Two interviews: 2.1 test and competency interview to shortlist for technical interview. 2.2 technical interview
