What we do
At nVisionIT we build innovative connected experiences. We connect customers, partners and employees through the use of software, devices and the cloud. Most of all we help our clients innovate. Every project is a new opportunity to help a client change the game. We mostly focus on the Microsoft stack (.Net, Azure, CRM, O365, BizTalk), but employ many other technologies (Node, Angular, Jenkins, Chef) to get the job done. We build Integration, Web, Mobile, IoT, ECM and CRM solutions.

Our Engineering Processes
Engineering processes at nVisionIT are never static. We believe the way we build software and manage projects must constantly evolve ahead of the curve. Experimentation is key. Our processes incorporate the best aspects of Lean, Agile & DevOps and a focus on solution fundamentals:
• Agility First: Responding to customer needs and new information is more important than slavishly following a pre-determined plan.
• Process Automation: If it can be automated, it must be…(TDD, CI)
• Self-Measuring: Our software must collect data about peoples’ experiences, this means V.Next will be better.

Our Hiring Process
Who we employ is as important to us as what they can do. Our interview process is either short or long. The first gate will focus on who you are, how you think, could you fit. The second gate will focus on what you know and how you solve problems. Finally, we may give you a small practical exercise to complete in your own time which is okay because by now we would have established if you fit in with our culture of trust. Lastly, you will meet your future team, they have the final say. This is the most important bit. We often get told “I learnt something new” during our interview process. Even if you don’t join, we’d like you to leave the process with something to build on, perhaps we’ll even catch you on the flipside.
