You would be working with an amazing team of NADUVIANS: some of the smartest, most driven, and curious 100+ colleagues that are united in their passion for using technology to democratize interior decoration.
We are flexible with respect to working from home, but to foster collaboration, working a couple of days a week at the office of NADUVI is required. In other words: being completely remote is not possible.
We are using OKRs to set direction and align on initiatives. Product development teams work in an agile way (differs per team; either Scrum or Kanban), and use common rituals like planning, refinement, demo and retrospective sessions - some teams upgraded to roastfest format.
