What we do
Working at NADUVI means making an impact. After securing a successful round of funding, winning awards such as the “Best Starter” and already more than 150 brands that have joined us in the first year, we are ready for the next step. With a fast-growing team of more than 80 ambitious, young entrepreneurs and a very experienced management team, we are growing steadily from start-up to scale-up. We want to make NADUVI even bigger within the Netherlands in no time, but we are also crossing national borders for international expansion.

We are flexible with respect to working from home, but to foster collaboration, working a couple of days a week at the office of NADUVI is required. In other words: being completely remote is not possible.
Our Engineering Processes
We are using OKRs to set direction and align on initiatives. Product development teams work in an agile way (differs per team; either Scrum or Kanban), and use common rituals like planning, refinement, demo and retrospective sessions - some teams upgraded to roastfest format.
