How We Hire
We want to get to know you, as well as what you can do.
It's important to be a good fit for our company, and we'll make time to have face to face chats with you as well as provide you the tools and opportunity to show us your skills.
1st Interview: A video call about the position, your goals and fit within the company and a few technical questions to gauge your skills.
Technical Assessment: After completion, a technical coding test will be sent to you, to assess your coding and technical abilities.
3rd Interview: Should you pass the technical assessment, you will be invited back for an interview with our Technical Lead to discuss your performance in the technical assessment.
Final Interview: An in person interview at our offices, so you can meet the team.
