Being a learning organisation, we continuously improve our knowledge, skills, practices and tools that we use in order to deliver the latest technology solutions to our clients.

We're a tech company, our projects can be quite varied, so we use a lot of different tech. Everything from Vuejs,AngularJS, React, Flutter, Ionic to Spring, Spring MVC, Java, REST to SQL, MongoDB, and Cloudbase. We develop in Java. and Scala. Our tech stack can be varied and can change depending on the projects we get.

We're an Agile company, however, we focus on principles and values. We adopt technical practices like TDD, CI, paired programming and DevOps.

Our Hiring Process

Our recruitment policy is to find the diamonds. We have a team focusing on hiring the right people. Part of our onboarding process is understanding what your expectations are when working for us. This is important as this is your expectation of what you want to achieve or receive. We have weekly follow-ups to ensure that these expectations are met if not exceeded.

We use 2 basic steps when hiring new team members:

It's a 2 step process:

1. We have a video call to get an idea of who you are as a person, and for you to get to see what Fluidity is like, along with a few logic questions.

2. We give you a piece of code to refractor or a quick test to write, to see what your coding standards are like.
