WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our engineers all work closely with our customer experience team to drive end-to-end delivery of improvements to our platform. We are not looking for someone who will take a spec and churn out code; rather someone who will engage widely to understand the problems we're solving, and then discover and implement the best solutions.
We want someone who demonstrates excellence in software development and technology, but believes that the best way to achieve your goals is to multiply and grow the effectiveness of the people around you. You should manage, prioritize and coordinate competing demands, communicate proactively and effectively, and drive to do what it takes to get the job done.
We are not looking just for people with specific skills in the technologies we use – these will always be evolving. We are looking for pragmatic problem solvers who are intellectually curious and care about creating impact through technology.
