Founded in early 2014 by Leo Redelinghuys and Deon Heunis, we have grown from strength to strength. Our agile approach allows us to constantly monitor, analyse. iterate and improve the products we build. We scale solutions iteratively, to minimise the negative impact on users. Passion is the epicentre of everything we do.

Our Engineering Processes
At Swipe we subscribe to the agile manifesto: we empower our developers to make important decisions. We believe in regular feedback loops with clients and results, rather than too many processes and bloated documentation.
We respond to change with teams that are self-organised and motivated.
Every day we meet briefly for our brief stand-ups; thereafter someone is likely to test your willpower an offer of amazing coffee. Later in the day - because, amazing developers - we are happy to look the other way when beer-o-clock arrives. Sometimes we even encourage it.
Our Hiring Process
Our hiring process is straight forward.
Interview with the CTO. Deon decides if he is happy with your experience and general demeanour.
Code test. We are results orientated and test everything.
Team interview. At the end of the day, the team makes the final decision.
