What we do

Out of the Box Ideas (OOTBI) is a South Africa based digital solutions and outsourced software development provider, mainly using the Microsoft C# ASP.net software stack. We offer IT consulting services, customised IT solutions development as well as SLA support to a number of clients across a variety of different verticals including marketing, financial, retail, telecommunications and logistics.
Further to this, we handle many of our client’s international business ventures where we are responsible for the development, database management and integration, server infrastructure and security of these projects. Our international scope of work extends into Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania and the Caribbean.

Our Process

We follow our own Agile processes to deliver value to our clients, understanding that delivery of the solution is the primary focuses, but realising without a process and management of the process, that no or the wrong solution will be delivered.

We have a two-step process that involves an in-person interview, so that we can see that you fit our culture and that you have a broad understanding of the technologies we use, followed an online assessment in the C#, MVC tech that we use, to get an understanding of your real potential.
