What you'll be building
You will build next generation tech to support the following:
E-commerce Platform - The basic e-commerce stuff but much better UI / UX and much more human centric
Personalization engine - personalized experience supported by AI / Machine learning, personalized communication + context specific discovery engine
Back-office and software - Tech that powers a seamless online / offline shopping experience including seamless (and cardless) checkout process, CRM software for managing customer preferences, integrated personalized customer emails etc.
Our hiring process
We like to meet with you first either face to face or via Skype depending on your availability and location. Next will be a take home assignment, it would normally take a few hours to complete and we would give 2 days to 1 week depending on the position we would like to offer and the final step is to have you come in for a longer chat, walk you through the space, meet with the team and learn more about your past experience and things you worked on.
