What we do

Metly empowers Pharma Business Development teams to accelerate product launches through intelligent opportunity detection and partner matching. The pharma world still operates on a lot of manual and messy processing, which we are able to speed up intelligently.

Our engineering process

Everything is typescript end-to-end with some python needed to interact with the machine learning world when needed. The tech is hosted in kubernetes, code in github. The main focus as you would expect in a startup is minimal friction to get features live and useful.

Our hiring process

We're a small team for now - so you'll primarily be speaking with Graeme the CTO / co-founder and for initial meeting and technical fit, from there you will meet one or both of the other co-founders for a cultural fit interview. No reversing binary trees on whiteboards.
