Role Description:

🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, skilled Power Platform Developer with strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SQL Server to design and build low-code business solutions, develop intelligent dashboards, and support business reporting and automation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Develop custom apps using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
Automate business workflows with Power Automate (Flow)
Build insightful and interactive dashboards using Power BI
Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures in SQL Server
Integrate Power Platform solutions with external data sources (SharePoint, APIs, SQL Server)
Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Collaborate with business units to understand KPIs and improve reporting processes
Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of Power Platform solutions
Work with security and governance controls (RLS, permissions, data sensitivity)

✅ Required Skills & Experience
3+ years working with Microsoft Power Platform
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
Power Automate (Flow)
Power BI (DAX, data modelling)
Strong SQL Server experience (T-SQL, views, indexing, performance tuning)
Ability to create dashboards, visualisations, and KPIs
Familiarity with data integration (APIs, Excel, SharePoint, Dataverse)
Knowledge of data governance, RLS, and security principles
Understanding of data analytics and reporting concepts

🎓 Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-100, PL-300, PL-400)
Experience with Dataverse or Dynamics 365 (nice to have)
Experience working in finance, automotive, or loan management domains (advantageous)
