Our Hiring Process

1. Initial interview (basic questions and getting to know you)
2. Technical assessment sent through after call.
3. Follow up call a week later with core developer to review assessment and take a deeper dive into tech questions.
4. If all of the above goes smoothly there will be a final call/offer with the MD to finalize last details.
5. Contract signing, onboarding and welcome
