What we do
At Level.works we are on a mission: use high end technology to provide flex workers access to the
coolest jobs. Together with a large number of clients in transport, logistics and safety, we have come a
long way, and we offer flex workers numerous opportunities to gain experience through our platform.
Now it's time for the next step, because we always want to move on to the next level. We are not a simple
peer-to-peer work platform, but use tech and data to match flex workers with the best jobs: The

What kind of product do we have?
The Level.works platform consists of three parts: An iOS and Android app for flex workers, a web-based
planning and data environment for clients, and our own Headquarters. We have a solid foundation in
place, but also have big ambitions to expand this with numerous features to increase the user experience
for flex workers and to improve the life of our clients.
What are you going to do?
Our team, consisting of 2 internal and 6 external developers, a product owner and a head of product, are
working hard to roll out the next steps. We could use your help with that!
Your role will consist of (independently) shaping our architecture even further. We are a close-knit team
with a lot of ambition, we appreciate an open and relaxed atmosphere while we are committed to quality
Our product is the beating heart of Level.works. Our development team creates features that directly
affect the work of our customers, flex workers and our internal departments. That is why the team is in
close contact with end users and can immediately see the effect of new releases. In the team there is the
possibility to work on the front end, back end or both. There is plenty to do on all fronts, so there is always
room to express your wishes and preferences.
In addition to working hard to achieve our goals, we encourage you to use your own creativity, whatever or
wherever it may be. In concrete terms, this means there are a couple of hours per week of which you can
decide how to spend those hours on whatever project you want. As our team grows, we will create more
space and room for that
What about our stack?
No or little experience with our stack? If you are experienced in Python or PHP, you are still very welcome! If
there is not an exact match in stack, we do ask for some years of experience in an agile development
environment, where you have written robust and scalable code in the stacks you are familiar with. We can
then quickly get you up to speed with our stack.
What kind of company culture do we have?
We are an ambitious and young organization. We are growing fast, but we don't want that to be at the
