It all started in 1998, in Johannesburg, South Africa. Two young software developers fresh out of college had a vision to make process automation easy and change how business was done. Our Hiring Process
We typically reach out to individuals who are interested in joining our company and invite them for an interview where we might require them to do technical assessments either during the interview or sometimes up front before an interview. Based on a candidate's performance, we might ask for an additional interview before making a final decision as to whether or not the candidate's application was successful.
