iosiro offers cybersecurity services to companies using cryptocurrencies or blockchain technologies. We help teams launch and manage ICOs, deploy secure dApps, and protect people from phishing attacks.
We're a small remote team of cybersecurity professionals, but we're looking to increase our dev capacity to build out some of the tools that we've been deploying for clients. The tools are mostly aimed around detecting and preventing phishing attacks, however we have a number of other blockchain-based side projects that we're developing as well (having some prior experience in this field is a big plus!). You can see one of our tools on our github page; we're working on releasing more open-source tools at the moment.
We base a lot of our internal policies and procedures on Gitlab's handbook, they're a massive team of remote employees and they seem to have gotten it right!
1) We'll set up an initial video call to meet each other, see if we're on the same page, and give you a small task to complete. Nothing crazy, we know you're busy, just something to see the way you work. Walking us through examples of previous work (e.g. open-source code or public projects) are a huge plus at this stage.
2) We'll set up another video call to find out how the task went and any follow up questions that we have for each other.
If all goes well, we'll start working together.
